RG100A-AA商务领航涮砖了

RG100A-AA商务领航版的，开始涮固件就涮成联通红版的固件，LAN灯一直亮了没反映。重启四个LAN灯亮一下后接网线的那个LAN常亮就没反映了，PING也PING不通。接上TTL线后显示如下位置，请问高手，应该选择那一项
