[06.06] [求助]TPLINK宽带路由器TL-410升级后能破解网络尖兵吗

详细描述： 购买日期： 2005-8-12
一、问题表现：局域网电脑能ping通网关、dns的ip、部分网站地址如google，qq也能登陆，除了打的开路由的登陆界面，打不开任何网页；
二、自己处理情况：
1、反复核对路由的dns设置、局域网电脑的dns设置，无误；替换电脑测试问题同样（如前所述）；（路由拨号正常，拨号后获取的dns和isp的dns相同）；
2、把路由恢复出厂设置后，重新设置拨号帐户、密码（pppoe，电信光纤），问题依旧（如前所述）；
3、出现问题前唯一一次对路由的操作是：进入路由设置界面，取消防火墙的总开关，（以前设置过一台电脑不能访问互联网，用mac过滤），但后来恢复过出厂设置（一次是在设置界面里面回复，后一次是按复位键回复）
三、现在情况：暂时把路由当交换机用，插广域网的网线插入局域网端口，局域网电脑拨号上线。
四、要求：请问是什么原因？我的路由买了不到一年，能不能按照贵公司承诺更换？

如果你在ie里面直接输网站的ip,能不能打开网页呢?当出问题时路由器指示灯的状态如何?请提供路由器的软/硬件版本号?

在ie地址栏直接输入ip地址（比如：64.233.189.104），也打不开google的网页，但是cmd下，ping www.google.com能ping通“Reply from 64.233.189.104: bytes=32 time=111ms TTL=244...”，出问题是广域网指示灯亮，m1、m2指示灯同闪烁，于说明书上说的一样。

看指示灯时,眼睛的实现要和灯保持在同一水平上,否则有时m2亮的时,你会误以为灯m1也在闪,其他灯的状态是怎样呢?此外麻烦你把路由器的系统日志贴出来。

关于指示灯：确认是m2在闪，m1没有闪，wan口常亮，link/act常亮有闪烁，100m灯亮。

建议在wan口设置里面更改"数据包mtu"的值为1492或者1400试一下.

很抱歉关于前面的tracert的回复，我司路由器不支持tracert命令的通过。
对于前面的问题，打不开网页时：
建议做如下几个测试：
使用nslookup www.tp-link.com.cn 是否可以解析出来IP地址？
使用IP地址是否可以登陆？http：//219.134.132.61
如果台式机下面只接有一台电脑，看看操作是否正常？
如果还不行，请提供一个E-Mail地址，给您发050822的软件。

前面也已经说过，我们路由器不支持tracert命令的数据包通过，以后没有必要再用这个命令来测试了。
您进入PPPOE的“高级设置”，把MTU值更改为1000，保存和重启路由器再试试。

从这些状态看正常，但有个疑惑，请查看IE浏览器，因为您这台电脑做拨号，会安装拨号工具，微软系统会自动把网络连接指向拨号进行。请查看当前浏览器选项－internet选项－连接，把看到的内容拨号内容先删除，再看局域网设置看看是否有使用代理，取消后试试。
从你描述的情况没有看到是否使用其他电脑在内网也同样不能上网。另外为了排除影响，请注意是否启用防火墙以及防火墙的设置情况。
其实路由器的设置，恢复出厂设置，再重新设置拨号已经足够了，而且从测试命令情况看还正常。

我试过了，但是没有效果，贵公司的几个型号，480，410我都试过，现在只有402能用，现在我想是否是电信限制路由，贵公司能不能开发新的固件，象402的一样能共享宽带？

您是在云南哪个市，目前我们对线路中的限制情况掌握的不是非常详细，各地限制的状况不同，目前只是在测试阶段，之前您拿到的TL-R402M的升级软件是一个测试版本，已经证实在某的失效，所以我们才没有对其他型号做处理。
这个情况我们后期会继续跟进，是否给出升级，什么时候升级，目前还不能随意给客户承诺。

我在云南×市，据电信机房的人说，是用一种叫“网络尖兵”的设备限制的，主要表现就是：一接上路由，就打不开网页，只可以上qq。现在tp－r402的06118版本目前还可以上网。

如果是这样的话，那么当地ISP存在限制，410等其他路由器没有测试软件提供。
