求 H608B V1.1 ---> W300

H608B V1.1A 有两个模式的

1. TTL 三线(TX RX GND)，能进入linux console

2. TTL 先两线（TX，RX）加enter键，才三线（TX RX GND），能进入flash console.

我不知怎样可以变W300，有没有高手？
