上不到网页是不是DNS设置不正确，DNS设置不正确会出现这种情况还有一种情况就是病毒引起。本人只遇到过这两种问题，具体帮不帮到LZ就不知道。

两方面问题：
1、DSN服务器地址问题。
2、电信网络尖兵限制导致

DSD Restriction
Description

When Website filtering is activated (URL white- or blacklisting), the maximum amount of simultaneous web-
surfing TCP connections is around 20, depending on the type of connection.

Workaround
If you need more users, set Web Browsing Interception to either, automatic mode i.e. Web Browsing
Interception will only be activated when the DSL or PPP is down, or disable it altogether (set to disabled).
DSD can be disabled via the Thomson Gateway web GUI:
1 Go to SpeedTouch > Configuration > Configure,
2 disabled or automatic for Web Browsing InterceptionSelect
