暂不要用erase和flash命令



hugebird,能不能在发由测试版时,顺便把源码也发上来,我们也想看看大大是如何改源码的.呵呵.学习下.

我用的是 brjtag -probeonly >>6358-FLASH-lock-info.txt 生成的信息。HUGEBIRD有交代,暂时别用FLASH及ERASE 选项,我不敢用,怕把FLASH弄得越来越复杂。那希望就更小了,等hugebird大大的好消息。

现在在-probeonly里面加了读取flash protection 状态的代码,根据读取的数据可以看到flash的扇区是否被写保护了。目前这个测试版只能检测,其他功能还没仔细测试。
从天涯的log看,前面的8M功能异常,后面8M没问题,我晚上改一下代码,运行自定义检测地址,如果这些寄存器读取正确的话可以看到是否锁定是由扇区写保护造成的。
/unppb开关是再检测的同时进行解锁。暂时不能用。
现在的情况是被锁住的地址不能进行读取,这个不太象是flash写保护造成的。

/forcealign的作用是在擦除的时候,要求擦除窗口与flash 扇区的边界强制对齐,打个比方,现在的flash每个扇区是128KB,而我现在只需要写入64KB,进行操作的时候,我的操作窗口只有64KB,那么窗口的起止地址必然不会与扇区的边界完全对齐,为了保护另外的64K数据,不能进行整个扇区擦除操作,如果不擦除扇区,就不能保证覆盖写入的64K数据的正确性,所以这种情况下,程序会直接退出,并提示用户调整操作窗口和扇区大小匹配。或者冒险擦除整个扇区。这个开关就是强制擦除整个扇区。多说两句,flash的写入只能从“1”变到“0”,不能进行相反操作,所以flash完成擦除之后所有的数据都会变为FFFF,如果要把“0”变“1”只能采用扇区擦除。

1f000000 可以换成1f100000, 1f200000, ...,1ff00000 选择的原则是btjtag可以正确检测到flash的类型 ,比如是1f900000

然后用


  1. brjtag -probeonly /window:1f900000 /unppb

关电源,再开电,再执行

  1. brjtag -probeonly /window:1f000000

如果能检测到flash ID,就可以刷CFE了。

这个版本修改了DMA读写出错时的重试的方法,可能更好一些。 感觉大flash某些地址被锁定可能和处理器的地址线没有被正确初始化有关,所以,目前改的这些都不能根本解决问题。必须有些代码嫩对63x8进行初始化。

我估计目前的这个测试版本用处也不大,如果有人愿意可以做个实验,只擦除CFE,也就是启动扇区,再用probeonly,肯定有的扇区无法读取PPB,我怀疑是处理器的EBI地址线没有被初始化,所以部分flash地址无法访问。只要地址线能正确初始化,整个flash就可以访问了,也就是所谓的解锁。如果是这样的话,各种复位方法都是没用的,除非EBI地址线的工作状态在上电复位是随机状态,造成每个人的情况都不一样。幸运的第一个扇区还能访问,那么就能恢复。如果第1扇区无法访问,那么短期内这个设备只能闲着了。

有个方法可以下载一段63x8初始化代码到机器里,运行以后再进行flash读写。成功的可能性很大。不过我这方面的知识有限,短期内不会搞出什么成果了。
这种锁定问题我估计只对大flash才会发生,也许4MB的就没这个问题

第一次我用这个包中的CFE写入,可以启动,不过显示有乱码,不太正确

偏移:0X400000-0X40f84b ,我把这段复制出来,另存为CFE.BIN文件,然后写入这个后就再也无法写入了.


附件是这个截取出来的CFE.BIN(或许我对这个取出来的内容认为是CFE都是一种错误的判断,在发生此事之前,我真想不到会有这么危险的后果,哭啊)
