I want to be able to use Telnet for further access and to mod it as preferred
I was able to download hw_ctree.xml and decrypt it

After many days, I figured out how to encrypt the hw_ctree.xml again and I was able to to upload this modified hw_ctree.xml successfully
$ Y/ V2 H7 \+ N; `The modded file persists after rebooting and checked by downloading configuration file and decrypting again

The problem is telnet still doesn't work
and port checking shows ports 23,22 are not open

I tried enable telnet v5 via Huawei ONT Tools v2 and it shows failure, however it sees my router

$ E. c6 A& `9 V7 R7 uI checked the ports using nmap and only 80,443,53 were open even when I changed the hw_ctree.xml
