HG8247无语音菜单，需要固件

I have HG8247H, but there is no voice menu when I log in from Telecomadmin account or root account. Where can I find the voice menu enabled firmware for this device?

I have 400pcs of HG8247H but with no VOICE menu. I need help.
I am ready to PAY whoever can solve my problem and help me with the correct firmware.

OK so what is the problem ?
I made it like that so everyone can understand and help. Even those you may not know English..

The point is:
I have 8247H (I think it is same board as H5, they mislabeled it) and it doesnt activate the Voice POTS port.
I think wrong firmware has been installed on these units.
So if anyone have the firmware for the hardware version 12E7.A, I will happy to try.
