H1S-3 GREEN LED ISSUE

HI,

I have a device :H1S-3
i power than 1 green led show after some 1 mint he show three 3 green led and agin 1 green led show than not come please help me to recovery this device..

all voltge is ok 5 volt 3.3 volt 1.50 volt but green led only some

how to get flash file and how to program can ch341a program this flash or any other need?
