我又来了，今天的小白问题hw_ctree.xml无上传权限

昨天的小白问题获得大家帮助
拨号成功但是会跳出登录界面，大家建议修改hw_ctree.xml文件，解密修改加密
然后通过tftpd上传这时候提示没有权限

然后又有大神建议

chmod 777 hw_ctree.xml 提示lsattr not found
然后查了baidu要用chattr 去掉限制但是

chattr not found
这下迷茫了
请问大神hw_ctree.xml修改好要怎么上传？
