I have english firmware and try the allshell4.bin but it doesn't work..

English is the LANGUAGE of a firmware and not necessarily in contact with its version. English language firmware can also be compatible with CHINA version.

我给他看了，他这个是华为外贸版的固件，国内一切工具不兼容。就连中文的固件都刷不进去，估计是验证不一样。

我也找过了，没找到硬件版本是他那样的8120C，无能为力。

Maybe the problem is because its locked and cannot enable..

I also noticed that it has many telnet options than china firmware..
