华为8321R如何改华为界面求教

看了下好像是论坛里说的R017版本，通过https://www.chinadsl.net/thread-151051-1-1.html帖子的方法，第六步load pack提示成功不知道是我命令错了还是什么原因
请大家指教

shell后只有两条，一条exit一条getcustominfo.sh，应该是命令不全吧
