求助HG227ping不通，TTL显示，请高手

自己的HG227，联通送的，前段时间自己刷过，
后来lan口连接上灯还亮，但是ping不通了，
听说TTL刷机可以，买来TTL线，目前连接上去后显示如下

目前ping不通，192.168.1.1
