ttl连超级终端下上传flashimage

不小心刷掉一个板子，现在进超级终端如下提示，请问各位大侠应该如何再上传flash，命令格式是如何？

是不是cfe下还能配置网关啊，ifconfig eth0 -addr=192.168.1.1 -mask=255.255.255.0这条命令怪啊
