LGTOPS终端无法启动，请帮忙！！

我的LGTOS终端，昨天无法启动了，其原因就是因为我昨天下午配置了一下其中的网桥过滤（它的配置界面和实达的3.*版本基本相同，芯片是CONEXANT的，主芯片是Faicon 2P 11627-31 E163761.1 副芯片是AccessRunner P5200-11 E185407.1），重起后ADSL的状态灯和连接灯就都不亮了，只有电源和内置网卡的状态灯亮，由于这款终端没有复位键（打开外壳看里面也没有）只能在WEB页面里重起，但现在WEB页面进不去了。请问我该怎么办，请各位高手帮忙解决一下，这里我先谢谢了！
这款终端是广州出的，厂址在：广州市天河区中山大道139号
厂名叫：广州LG拓普仕通信科技有限公司

拿去别的机子试试行不行？
设备里面有没有跳线之类？

软件就是乱了，我用RS232线连接后用超级终端登录进去了，里面的文件少了很多，尤其是启动用的Vxworks.z文件和Config.reg文件都不在了，不知道是什么原因。里面有一个英文的启动菜单：
